In the FWAA-NFF Super 16 Poll for Week 4 of the 2025 college football season, Ohio State claimed the top spot for the fourth straight week after being idle.
Ohio State took 49 out of 56 first-place votes and it now has the longest active appearance streak in the poll at 152 weeks.
The top four teams remained the same, but the order was a bit changed.

Oklahoma took No. 8, marking their 110th appearance in the poll, fourth-most behind Georgia, who has 131 appearances, Ohio State (151), and Alabama (152).
Indiana and Texas Tech moved into the poll, while Illinois and Utah fell out of it.
