Yankee Stadium announced today that it will be hosting a weekend complete with a pair of international soccer matches in late July.

Manchester City, the reigning Champions League and English Premier League champions, will be taking on AC Milan, who has won the European Cup seven times, on Saturday, July 27. It will be the third appearance at the current Yankee Stadium for Manchester City, and the second for AC Milan. This is part of the 2024 FC Series, a showcase for international soccer clubs to have matches in the United States. Kickoff time is still to be determined.

New York City Football Club, which calls Yankee Stadium one of its homes, will be hosting Liga MX's Queretaro F.C. the following night, Sunday, July, 28, at 8:00 p.m. This will be the first-ever Leagues Cup match held at Yankee Stadium.
