College Football: FWAA-NFF Super 16 Poll - Week 7

 


In the FWAA-NFF Super 16 Poll for Week 7 of the 2025 college football season, Ohio State claimed the top spot for the seventh straight week after a 34-16 win at Illinois.

Ohio State took 46 out of 56 first-place votes and it now has the longest active appearance streak in the poll at 155 weeks.

Miami jumped up one spot to No. 2 after being idle this week, and it is the Hurricanes' highest ranking since they were No. 2 on November 19, 2017. 

Indiana made a massive leap to No. 3, as they moved up five spots in the poll with their 30-20 win at Oregon.

With the loss, Oregon dropped seven spots to No. 9 after they were in second last week.

Texas A&M jumped two spots to No. 4, and earned its highest ranking in school history after with their 34-17 win over Florida.

Ole Miss came in at No. 5, dipping one spot despite beating Washington State, 24-21.

Last week's No. 5, Oklahoma, plunged eight spots to No. 13 after they lost at Texas, 23-6.

Michigan, last week's No. 15, dropped out of the poll after they lost at USC, 31-13.

BYU took their place after they won at Arizona, 33-27, in overtime.
