Red Bulls' Duncan Out With Torn ACL

On Tuesday afternoon, the Red Bulls announced that defender Kyle Duncan suffered a torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament in his right knee during their match against Orlando City SC.

Duncan will have surgery to repair the tear in the coming weeks.

A timetable for his return will be established after surgery.

Villanova Wins Second National Title in 3 Years

The Villanova Wildcats cruised to their second national championship in three years as they beat the Michigan Wolverines, 79-62, on Monday night in San Antonio.

Villanova was led by Donte DiVincenzo, who had 31 points off the bench on 10-15 from the field, including 5-7 on three-pointers, with five rebounds and three assists.

The turning point of the game was when DiVincenzo came in about seven minutes into the first half and scored eight straight points and helped them turn a 14-8 deficit into a 37-28 lead at halftime.

The game has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, April 3, at 4:05 p.m.

NYCFC Stay Unbeaten With Win In San Jose

New York City Football Club overcame an early goal to pull out a 2-1 win over the San Jose Earthquakes on the road on Saturday night.

The win keeps NYCFC undefeated on the season, with a record of 4-1-0, with 13 points, in first place in the Eastern Conference.

NYCFC won this one without David Villa, who felt discomfort during the warm-ups, so he was pulled from the starting lineup.
