Nets Release 2017-18 Schedule

The Brooklyn Nets announced their 2017-18 regular season schedule on Monday night, and the season tips off Wednesday, October 18, at the Indiana Pacers

The Nets will host its regular season home opener two days later on Friday, October 20, against the Orlando Magic at Barclays Center.

The Nets take on the Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Friday, October 27 at 7:30 pm and Tuesday, January 30 at 7:30 pm.




The Knicks come to Brooklyn on Thursday, December 14 at 7:30 pm. In a break with tradition, the Knicks will also be in Brooklyn on Martin Luther King Day, Monday, January 15, at 3:00 pm.

Brook Lopez makes his return to Brooklyn with his new team, the Los Angeles Lakers, on Friday, February 2 at 7:30 pm.

The Nets visit the Lakers on Friday, November 3 at 10:30 pm eastern time, which is the start of a five-game west coast trip for Brooklyn.

The World Champion Golden State Warriors come to Brooklyn on Sunday, November 19 at 6:00 pm. The Nets visit the Warriors on Tuesday, March 6 at 10:30 pm eastern time.

LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers are in Brooklyn on Wednesday, October 25 at 7:30 pm, and Sunday, March 25 at 1:00 pm. The Nets are in Cleveland on Wednesday, November 22 at 7:00 pm, and Tuesday, February 27 at 7:00 pm.

The Boston Celtics come to Brooklyn on Tuesday, November 14 at 7:30 pm and Saturday, January 6 at 6:00 pm. The Nets are in Boston on Sunday, December 31 at 5:30 pm and on Wednesday, April 11 at 8:00 pm, the final game of the season.

The Houston Rockets are in Brooklyn on Tuesday, February 6 at 7:30 pm, and the Nets are in Houston on Monday, November 27 at 8:00 pm.
The San Antonio Spurs are in Brooklyn on Wednesday, January 17 at 7:30 pm, and the Nets are at the Spurs on Tuesday, December 26 at 7:30 pm.

Jason Kidd and his Milwaukee Bucks are in Brooklyn on Sunday, February 4 at 12:00 pm, and the Nets are in Milwaukee on Friday, January 26 at 8:00 pm, and Thursday, April 5 at 8:00 pm.

Eighteen of the Nets’ 39 games at Barclays Center are set to be played on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Brooklyn’s two remaining home games will be played in Mexico City as part of the NBA Mexico City Games 2017 on Thursday, December 7, against the Oklahoma City Thunder and Saturday, December 9, versus the Miami Heat.

The Nets will begin the New Year with a season-long five-game homestand, which spans 10 days, beginning Monday, January 1, versus Orlando and concluding Wednesday, January 10, against Detroit. 

The month of January features a season-high nine home contests.

The team will hit the road for four five-game trips during the upcoming season. The season slate also features 15 back-to-backs and 11 one-game road trips. The schedule will also treat fans to six afternoon home games in Brooklyn.

Brooklyn Nets games will be broadcast regionally on the YES Network for the 16th consecutive season.
