In the FWAA-NFF Super 16 Poll for Week 12 of the 2025 college football season, Ohio State claimed the top spot for the twelfth straight week after a 48-10 win over UCLA.
This streak continues to be the longest in Buckeyes' history, surpassing when they were No. 1 for ten straight weeks in 2015.
Ohio State took 51 out of 56 first-place votes and it now has the longest active appearance streak in the poll at 159 weeks.
One other first place vote went to No. 2 Indiana, while, interestingly, the remaining four went to No. 3 Texas A&M.
The top three teams remained the same for the fifth consecutive week, the first time it has happened since 2003, and the fourth time overall in the history of the poll. The longest streak of its kind occurred in 2018, when Alabama, Clemson, and Notre Dame led the poll for seven straight weeks.
Georgia moved up one spot to No. 4 with their 35-10 win over Texas. With the loss, Texas dropped out of the poll after they were No. 10 last week.
Last week's No. 4, Alabama, plunged six spots to No. 10 after they lost to Oklahoma, 23-21, at home.
USC returned to the poll at No. 16 with their 26-21 win over Iowa.
