St. John's Moves Up In National Rankings

The St. John's Red Storm continued their ascent up the national polls on Monday, as they came in at No. 22 in both the USA Today Sports Coaches Poll.

This comes as the Red Storm have won seven in a row to give them a 16-5 overall record and an 9-1 mark in Big East Conference play. 

Last Wednesday, St. John's rolled to a 92-70 win over Butler on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden. 

The only other Big East school in the Top 25 is Connecticut, who came in at No. 3 in both the AP poll and USA Today’s.

The Red Storm play tonight at DePaul at 8:00 p.m., and then a of showdown with UConn on Friday night at The Garden.
