Independent Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has secured ballot access in states comprising 91 percent of the 538 electoral votes, according to the latest update from his campaign.

On Monday, it announced that Kennedy has officially been certified as on the ballot by secretaries of state in Colorado and Iowa, and Kennedy submitted the required number of signatures to gain ballot access in five states - Arkansas, Kansas, Maryland, Vermont, and Virginia. All signatures have been validated by the campaign’s independent ballot access validation firm, confirming Kennedy has more than enough signatures to achieve ballot access in each state.

Arkansas - The Kennedy campaign on Friday submitted 13,000 signatures in Little Rock, nearly triple the 5,000 required.

“Thank you to the many volunteers in Arkansas who helped put the Kennedy-Shanahan ticket on the ballot in Arkansas,” Arkansas State Director Mindy Pickle said in a statement. “Many volunteers told me they will vote for Kennedy because he is the only candidate who truly cares about rebuilding the middle class.”

Kansas - The campaign submitted 9,000 signatures in Topeka, almost double the 5,000 required, on Monday.

“The passion and dedication from our Kansas volunteers is inspiring,” Midwest Regional Director Lane Koch said. “They come from a variety of backgrounds, including nurses and veterans, all to unite in their support for RFK Jr.”

Maryland - The Kennedy campaign on Monday submitted 26,000 signatures in Annapolis, more than double the 10,000 required.

“Kennedy will be a great president for not only Marylanders but all Americans,” said Maryland State Director Josh Mazer. “His track record on the environment demonstrates his commitment to protecting the planet and human health.”

Vermont - Last Wednesday, the campaign Wednesday submitted 2,000 signatures in Montpelier, more than double the 1,000 required.

“The people of Vermont believe Kennedy is the best candidate for president,” said Vermont State Director Juliet Rynear. We support his plans to restore the middle class, protect civil liberties, end the forever wars, stop the chronic disease epidemic, safeguard family farms, and end the humanitarian crisis at the border.”

Virginia - On Monday, the campaign submitted 11,000 signatures in Jefferson City, more than double the 5,000 required.

“I’m proud of our volunteers in Virginia who took to the streets and collected thousands of signatures to put Kennedy on the ballot,” said Virginia State Director Jason Amatucci. “It’s clear he cares for the people and will work hard to create a better life for all Americans.”

BALLOT ACCESS PROGRESS: The ticket, in which Kennedy is running with Nicole Shanahan as his Vice Presidential nominee, has officially made the ballot in 15 states, with Colorado and Iowa joining previously announced New Mexico, Utah, North Carolina, California, Delaware, Oklahoma, Hawaii, Michigan, Minnesota, Alaska, Indiana, Nebraska, and South Carolina.

The Kennedy campaign has now submitted signatures for ballot access in 22 states, as Arkansas, Kansas, Maryland, Vermont, and Virginia join Connecticut, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Illinois, and Nevada.

There are six states that the Kennedy campaign has rounded up enough signatures for ballot access - Alabama, Florida, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, and North Dakota.

Overall, the Kennedy-Shanahan campaign has collected the signatures needed for ballot access in 42 states totaling 490 electoral votes, which is now 91 percent of the 538 total electoral votes nationwide. It now needs just 48 more electoral votes to complete the campaign's aim of being on the ballots of all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
