On Friday at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, the Yankees held their final workout prior to the start of their spring exhibition schedule on Saturday on the road against the Red Sox in Fort Myers.

Following the practice, the Yankees held their annual team-building activity, which was led in the Steinbrenner Field Dugout Club by mindset expert, celebrity hypnotist and motivational speaker, Ricky Kalmon (Twitter: @RickyKalmon).

Yankees players, coaches, field staff and front office baseball operations personnel participated, and Manager Aaron Boone said of the event, “The guys had a lot of fun. It’s amazing to see the power of the human mind at work. A day like today is a welcome opportunity for guys to see their teammates in a different setting. Ricky was great. He has a fun personality that taps into the mind’s potential. It led to a very engaging afternoon for all of us.”
