The opener of the Mets' three-game series with the Washington Nationals, which will conclude the regular season, was rained out on Monday night.

It will be made up as a part of a single-admission doubleheader on Tuesday afternoon at 4:10 P.M. Gates will open at 2:10, and parking lots will open at 1:10. The second game will begin approximately 30-40 minutes after the first game concludes.

Tickets for Monday's game will not be valid for the single-admission doubleheader, and a digital voucher will be loaded into each attending patron's My Mets Tickets account (accessed by clicking the Vouchers tab) and will be accessible Tuesday.

Fans can exchange the voucher for a ticket comparable in price and location to another Mets 2022 regular season home game at Citi Field (including Tuesday's makeup doubleheader) or to a Mets 2023 regular season home game at Citi Field in April, May, or June, except for Opening Day on April 6 or when they play the Yankees on June 13 & 14.

Fans who bought tickets on StubHub will receive a digital voucher. Tickets purchased from other secondary markets may not be eligible for one, and fans who bought tickets from anywhere other than the Mets or StubHub should consult the original vendor of sale.

Ticket holders for Monday's game who had a prepaid parking pass will automatically receive a voucher redeemable for a new prepaid parking pass in their My Mets Tickets account. Fans who paid for parking on-site can visit Mets.com/rain for information on how to receive a parking voucher redeemable for a future 2022 or 2023 regular season home game at Citi Field in April, May, or June, except for Opening Day on April 6 or when they play the Yankees on June 13 & 14.

Complimentary tickets for Monday's game and those marked "NO RAINCHECK" have no value and do not constitute a rain check.

POSTSEASON TICKETS: Single-game tickets for Postseason games at Citi Field will go on sale Tuesday morning at 10 A.M., and the sale can  be accessed by logging on to Mets.com/Postseason. There will be a limited number of tickets for potential Mets home games in the Wild Card Series, National League Division Series, and National League Championship Series available in this sale.
